Dr. Hanlon was born in Alliance, Nebraska and grew up in Hemingford, Nebraska and then Crawford, Nebraska where he graduated high school. He attended Chadron State College where he was a member of the CSC Football Team and graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelors of Science degree in Molecular Biology. Dr. Hanlon then worked at ProSmiles Dental Lab for 2 years before applying and getting accepted into dental school.
Dr. Hanlon graduated from the University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Dentistry with his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree with High Distinction. Dr. Hanlon received the American Association of Oral Pathology Clinical Excellence Award along with Dean’s List Honors while attending UNMC. Dr. Hanlon is a member of the American Dental Association and the Nebraska Dental Association.
Dr. Hanlon’s wife, Kaylee, is also originally from Crawford and is a dialysis nurse at Chadron Community Hospital in Chadron, NE. Dr. Hanlon and his wife chose to return to their hometown of Crawford, NE to practice where they could be close to family and serve others in rural healthcare.
Dr. Hanlon is very active in continuing education and further training in dentistry. He focuses on general dentistry, implant dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, and pediatric dentistry. In his free time, Dr. Hanlon enjoys hunting, fishing, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.
