Dr. Justin Moody
Born and bred in Crawford, Dr. Moody is a leading entrepreneur, educator, speaker, and practitioner with over 24 years of experience in dentistry. As the founder of Horizon West Dental, his greatest passion and focus is found in restoring smiles and providing unmatched care for his patients’ health and confidence. Fueled by that passion, Dr. Moody also founded Implant Pathway – an in-depth continuing education program that equips and empowers other dentists to place implants and transform their patients’ lives with superior care.
Dr. Moody attended undergraduate school at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln and earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree at the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry. After graduating, he worked as an associate dentist in his hometown of Crawford and eventually bought the practice. Throughout the year, you can catch Dr. Moody traveling and teaching other dentists around the world, but Crawford always has been and always will be his home. He’s here to bring back your smile with warm care and renowned expertise, so come visit Dr. Moody at our local office in Crawford!

Dr. Megan Eitemiller
With her Midwestern friendliness and unwavering dedication to quality, Dr. Megan is a Nebraska native who truly enjoys getting to know her patients and fostering lifelong connections with families. Her local upbringing coupled with her love for general dentistry spurs her on to strengthen her beloved community with thriving oral health and a personal approach to patient care. No matter how long it’s been since your last dental visit, Dr. Megan is here to ease any dental fears, encourage you, and be a consistent, trustworthy presence throughout your smile journey.
Dr. Megan graduated from Chadron High School and attended Chadron State College for her undergraduate education. She earned her DDS at the University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Dentistry in 2018 and has been caring for patients ever since. Trained by our very own Dr. Moody, she’s highly skilled at crafting long-lasting, beautiful dental implants and restoring smiles. Outside of the office, Dr. Megan enjoys cooking her favorite recipes, soaking up Nebraska’s supreme outdoor landscapes, playing with her pups, and spending time with her family – especially with her two sweet nephews!
As a Scottsbluff native and Chadron State alumn, Keri is a proud Nebraska resident. Keri's adventure in the dental world began 10 years ago, and she has been loving every minute of it. Keri enjoys helping patients understand their treatment needs and how any dental insurance benefit can be a part of that treatment. When Keri isn’t enhancing your appointment experience, she enjoys spending time with her husband, who has been teaching her how to fly fish... it's a work in progress!

Growing up in central Nebraska, Katie went on to attend Chadron State College, where she earned her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. Katie has been a proud member of the Horizon West Dental team since 2018. She loves working with patients and you'll find her at the front desk doing just that! She and her family are active community members and enjoy the outdoors and ranching lifestyle of Western Nebraska.

Growing up on her family’s local ranch, Briana has always called Chadron home. After earning her degree at the University of Wyoming, Briana returned to Chadron and began working as a dental assistant in 2010. She took a break in 2014 to raise a family but is happy to be back serving smiles at Horizon West Dental. Outside of work, Brianna enjoys being on the ranch and spending time with her daughters, Brextyn and Braekli.

Lisa has been a part of the dental community in Crawford since October of 1994. She absolutely loves coming to work everyday and helping her patients receive the best possible care at Horizon West Dental. As a proud western Nebraska native, Lisa enjoys golfing, gardening, hiking, and working in her yard. She also loves to spend quality time with her wonderful nieces and nephews. Lexy graduated from the Sheridan College Dental Hygiene Program in 2016. Previously, Lexy worked as a dental hygienist in the Black Hills of South Dakota. A few years ago, she moved to Nebraska and has worked for Horizon West Dental since moving to Chadron. Lexy is committed to oral health and wants each and every one of her patients to have a great dental experience. When she isn't strengthening smiles, Lexy spends time outside, competing at rodeos, working out, and hanging out with family and friends.

Kris is a Nebraska native and has been a dental hygienist since 1993. After graduating from UNMC College of Dentistry in Lincoln, Nebraska, Kris taught dental hygiene at UNMC. There, she worked in the faculty practice and in general dental offices. Kris then moved to Chadron in January of 2011 and has worked with Horizon West Dental since she moved to the panhandle. Throughout the majority of Kris' time with Horizon West Dental, she worked at the Rushville location but has now returned to the Crawford practice. Kris is a mother of five and absolutely loves helping kids have awesome dental experiences! Kris is a “people person" and loves her job because of the positive impact she can have on peoples' overall health.
